Steven A. Tull

Steven A. Tull was born and raised in Quincy, Massachusetts and Daytona Beach, Florida. Prior to graduating from North Quincy High School in 1965, Steven joined the U.S. Naval Reserves and went immediately into the active Navy upon graduation. In the Navy, Steven was trained in Intelligence gathering and assigned to The Naval Security Group Activity. In 1967 he volunteered for specialized duties and assignments in Vietnam and was transferred to Coronado Island, CA Special Amphibious Forces Training, Camp Pendleton and Camp Onofre for Survival, evasion, resistance and escape training, and then to Vietnam with a Navy/Marine intelligence gathering unit of which all activities are still classified as Top Secret.

Steven has had a long and varied career, which includes eight years of service as a police officer in Hull, Massachusetts. He has also owned and operated a variety of commercial and retail businesses.

Attorney Tull earned his law degree from Massachusetts School of Law in 1999. While at MSL, he served as Student Trustee on the Board of Trustees. Upon graduation, he was hired by the law school to teach the Comparison of Massachusetts and National Law course for 3rd year students as well as the 1st year examsmanship class, and assisted students in their preparation for the MPRE and Bar Exam.

Steven now resides in Punta Gorda, Florida. He is an adjunct faculty member at Florida Gulf Coast University and teaches at the College of Professional Studies Criminal Justice & Public Administration). He has also served as Interim Director Florida Gulf Coast University’s Charlotte Campus. He volunteers as a Juvenile Arbitrator for the Teen Court, 20th Judicial Circuit and Guardian Ad Litum. Steven frequently donates his experience and expertise to a variety of charitable organizations and community programs.

Steven maintains his license to practice in Massachusetts and his “of counsel” association with Jennings, Jennings & Fishman.
